Solving Problems, One Number at a Time!

An animated preschool series that follows an adorable spirited little girl, Peg, and her sidekick, Cat, as they encounter unexpected problems that require fun and creative solutions. In order to solve the problems, Peg and her cat must add, subtract and apply basic arithmetic. Their adventures take them to historical far-away lands, art centers in bustling metropolises and the colourful cosmos, all the while demonstrating that it’s never too early to start learning the magic of numbers.

Peg + Cat is a co-production with The Fred Rogers Company, and was created by award winning creative director, animator and children’s writer Jennifer Oxley (Little Bill, Wonder Pets) and Billy Aronson (Rent, Post Cards from Buster).

The series is a 6-time Emmy® Award winner, including Outstanding Pre-School Children’s Animation Program and has been nominated for another 12! Peg + Cat is also winner of a Parent’s Choice Gold Award, and Golden Reel Award, and has been nominated for an Annie Award.

This critically acclaimed series helps children explore math and become interested in STEM as early as possible.
